It is statistically proven that teen stress rivals that of adults. My, our generation is facing a new level of stress due to different factors, but what is almost more worrying than this fact is that most teenagers underestimate the stress and what it does to their physical and mental health.

Constantly inconsistent or to new beginnings

As a student I don’t count in actual years, I count in school years. Non the less I enjoy the fireworks and happy celebrations but it just doesn’t indicates the end of the year for me. Just because I don’t see it as the start/end and therefore a new beginning doesn’t mean we (students) don’t set goals for the upcoming year. For those saying every new year will be the best and healthiest year yet I can see 50% of you stuffing themselves with cookies and cake on the 1st of January. (No judging cookies equal life.) We just have to make sure we are in the other 50 per cent.

Trying something new #2: Parlez vous français?

In order to evolve you have to try new things and be willing to learn. I learn french in school and should be some sort of fluent by now but well, I am not. This beautiful language which I’m definitely interested in just doesn’t come naturally to me and that’s why I got up and and wanted to change that in a way that is enjoyable. THE cold ( &kids )

I know that  I am ranting about the weather a lot on this blog but today I actually don’t want to complain about the weather conditions, I want to talk ’bout THE cold or having the flu.
Because as seen in various news reports and magazines the scientists creating the flu shots didn’t quite get the mix this year. And I don’t judge or blame them at all because while they have to imagine what might, maybe the causative organism for the flu one year ahead I can’t even decide what to wear the next day.
